These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

User Termination

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions on our website or by contacting us.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, rather than in court.
